Heat transfer vinyl, also known as HTV, is a specialty vinyl that can be used on certain fabrics and materials to create designs and promotional products. It comes in a roll or sheet form with an adhesive backing so it can be cut, weeded, and placed on a surface for heat application. HTV is offered in single standard colors, glitter, matte, foil, mirror, textured foil and holographic.

Tackle Twill
Tackle twill is the process of applying pre-cut pieces of material to a desired surface with the option of two stitch types, Zig-Zag and Satin. A bold 3-D effect can be created by adding multiple layers.

Zig Zag: A sereies of back-and-fourth zig-zag stitching along the broder of the fabric design

Satin: A series of parallel stitching that provides a dense and solid border around the fabric
Full Color Digital Heat Transfer
Full Color Digital Heat Transfers are printed using CMYK color format onto heat-transferable vinyl. The printed vinyl is then heat-pressed and adhered onto a surface to create the final customized product. The digital process allows for designs with multi-colors, gradient, texture and photo-realistic images.
