CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY:
Hi there! We hope you love your products just as much as we loved creating them! MKC Threads strives to provide top of the line customer service and exceptional products. Due to the customized nature of the products made, all sales are final and are not eligible for return or exchange.
In the rare occurrence an error was made, please reach out to us immediately! If it is determined that the product you received differs from what was ordered, we will remake/correct your item(s) and re-ship the corrected item(s) to you at no cost! Certain restrictions may apply. The purchaser must contact MKC Threads Customer Service within 7 days after the order is delivered to request a correction. Any requests initiated outside the 7 day window will not be granted. All cases will be reviewed in the order received and we will inform you of a determination within 7 days of receiving your return. Items must be in new and unworn condition with all original packaging and free of any marks, make up, perfume, deodorant, etc.
Cancellations on orders prior to the production process are subject to a 15% restocking fee once a deposit is submitted, plus any additional fees incurred. Cancellations for special orders, wholesale orders and garments that have been embroidered or printed on will not be accepted.
