In-House Digitizing
Digitizing is the process of converting a pre-existing artwork file into an embroidery file. The embroidery file is then processed through an embroidery machine and stitch out onto a surface.

Once a piece of artwork is submitted for an order, a professional in-house digitizer reviews the placement, sizing, and color(s), before converting it into an embroidery file

FAQ
Can any picture be used?
If you would like your design to be embroidered, for the best results, pictures should contain solid colors with no shading and/or gradients. Designs should also not contain very small details that might be hard to replicate with the embroidery method. If you would like your design to replicate a realistic picture with shading and/or gradients, we recommend trying our Direct to Garment (DTG) and Full Color Digital Transfer services.
How many colors can I use?
Depending on the method you chose, there may be limitations to how many colors can be used for your design.
Embroidery:

Under 5 inches can have a maximum of 5 colors

Over 5 inches can have a maximum of 15 colors
Screen Printing:

1-4 Colors
Direct To Garment (DTG):

Unlimited number of colors

What are the costs for digitizing?
There is a one time fee for digitizing - converting your artwork file into an embroidery file. The cost is dependent on the size and amount of details in the design.
