STEP 1
Please contacts us via contact@mkcthreads.com, Facebook, or submit an inquiry with all the necessary information for your order. Please allow 1-2 business days for a response.
STEP 2
We will review your order and contact you for further information — working alongside you every step of the way.
STEP 3
Please provide us with final artwork files. We will review sizing, placement and, colors and suggest any necessary edits. Our expert team will suggest the best method of application for creating your customized product.
After your order is confirmed and invoice is paid in full, production turnaround time will begin. Shipping time is in addition to our current turnaround time. Rush services can be provided.
STEP 4
Embroidery - The area of the artwork placement is carefully measured and the garment of choice is securely hooped and inserted into our embroidery machines to be stitched.
Screen Printing - The area of the artwork placement is carefully measured and the design is carefully pressed onto the garment using a customized stencilled mesh screen.
STEP 5
After final touches are made, our quality control department will thoroughly inspect the finished products.
STEP 6
Your order will be packaged and shipped out. A tracking number will be provided. Shipping time will depend on location. All packages ship out from New York.
